Industrial and agricultural machinery

At the moment, all commercialized machines in the European Union that are to be sold, must conform to health and safety requirements and demands established in the Directive 98/37/CE “Machines”, 22nd of June, 1998.

This agreement manifests itself as a document for every machine,  called “DECLARACION “CE” DE CONFORMIDAD”, which is signed by the factory  or its legal representative, guaranteeing the compliance of the requirements of the aforementioned Directive, thus allowing the placing on the machine the stamp “CE”.
